1. Definitions

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently self-excluded from gambling activities on this or any other platform. If You have previously self-excluded, You may not create a new Account until the self-exclusion period has expired.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, You must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes but is not limited to Your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to keep this information updated and notify us immediately of any changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account credentials, including Your username and password. You must not share Your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through Your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by You, and You will be held fully responsible for all transactions, bets, and other actions taken. If You suspect unauthorized access to Your Account, You must notify rnb96 customer support immediately.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, rnb96 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit proof of identity (KTP or Indonesian National Identity Card), proof of address, and/or additional documentation. Verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in restrictions on withdrawals or Account suspension. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are protected with industry-standard encryption.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

rnb96 supports deposits via all major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as popular e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and the maximum deposit limit varies depending on Your payment method and Account status. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though certain payment methods may take up to 15-30 minutes during peak times or for manual verification. You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited originate from a legitimate source and are not derived from illegal activities.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through Your Account dashboard. Most withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are processed within 15 minutes during business hours (8 AM - 10 PM WIB). Off-peak withdrawals may take 1-4 hours. First-time withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification and may take up to 24 hours. rnb96 reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification before processing a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in Your own name; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to charge administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests or unusually small withdrawal amounts.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

rnb96 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy in accordance with international best practices. Suspicious transactions, including but not limited to rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycles without gameplay, unusually large transactions, or deposits from multiple unrelated sources, will be flagged for investigation. We reserve the right to freeze Accounts, request additional documentation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, rnb96 may offer Bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to Users. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These terms will be clearly stated in the promotional materials for each offer. Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before the Bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it. rnb96 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of Bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim repeated Bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, or exploiting technical glitches, will result in immediate confiscation of Bonuses and potential Account closure.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All Users must engage in fair play and conduct themselves with integrity. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension or termination:

• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or technical errors
• Manipulation of odds or game outcomes through any means
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including credit card fraud, identity theft, or money laundering
• Abusive or offensive behavior toward other players or customer support staff

7.2 Game Integrity

All casino games, slots, and live dealer games provided on the rnb96 platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently tested and audited by accredited third-party agencies. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be manipulated by rnb96 or any player. Sports betting odds are determined by our trading team based on market conditions and are subject to change. rnb96 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds or in the event of technical errors.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

rnb96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate Your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that You have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated applicable laws. Grounds for Account termination include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Underage gambling or allowing a minor to use Your Account
• Creating multiple Accounts
• Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 7
• Failing to complete KYC verification when requested
• Requesting chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions

Upon Account termination, any remaining Balance (excluding Bonus funds) will be returned to You after deduction of any outstanding fees or charges, provided You are not in breach of these Terms & Conditions. rnb96 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected fraud or illegal activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rnb96 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, funds, or data
• Interruption or unavailability of Services due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events
• Errors, bugs, or glitches in software or game outcomes
• Unauthorized access to Your Account due to Your failure to maintain security
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers or banks

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with rnb96 Services is to cease using the Platform. In no event shall our total liability to You exceed the amount of funds You have deposited in the preceding 30 days.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the rnb96 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of rnb96 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.
